To deliver fast, frame-accurate AI subtitles and app functionality, Captrix collects minimal operational data:
- Technical Diagnostics & App Analytics: device hardware model, operating system version (iOS/Android), application version, and crash diagnostic logs to maintain performance stability.
- Audio & Video Input Data: Video clips and audio streams selected by you inside the app solely to transcribe spoken words and synchronize active karaoke subtitle timings.
- Support Correspondence: Email address and message contents provided when contacting support directly via email or web contact forms.
3. Video & Speech Audio Processing Safeguards
When you import a video clip into Captrix to generate captions or transcribe audio:
š Session-Only Processing: Your uploaded video and audio streams are processed in real-time for the duration of your active session only. Once subtitle generation and rendering are finished, media files are automatically discarded from server RAM.
- We do NOT build permanent storage libraries of user videos or voice clips.
- Your audio is analyzed strictly to derive text transcripts, word timing offsets, and speech silence boundaries.
- Your media is NEVER reviewed by human operators or sold to third-party advertisers.
4. Absolute Exclusion from Public AI Training
We understand the critical importance of intellectual property protection for content creators. Your raw video footage, voice waveforms, generated subtitles, and exported media files are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or validate public artificial intelligence models, machine learning algorithms, or third-party datasets.
5. Third-Party Service Providers & Security Standards
Captrix uses industry-standard, high-grade security protocols to protect data in transit. All communications between the Captrix application and our speech processing infrastructure are encrypted .
We do not sell, trade, rent, or commercialize any personal or video data to third parties under any circumstances.
6. Childrenās Online Privacy Protection
Captrix does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can promptly erase such data.
